  I saw this ridiculous five star rating from only one person. McKesson took over Sterling which used to handle my medical supplies. Durable medical supplies to be specific. I placed my order last week and they never sent it out. I called Monday. I have called 10 times all together perhaps 11 or 12. It's not the customer service reps fault. They have been empathetic and kind so there was no reason as I have worked in a call center to be mean to them. Actually to be mean to anyone. However, I'm completely out of my medical supplies and all I keep hearing is they're waiting for the so-called last set of eyes. AKA shipping! I have been told it went to the wrong Warehouse?? Seriously????? Then I was told it was drainage adaptive tubing that that was holding my order up. I worked off the system after breaking my neck at age 17 from a football injury.
  I worked for 21 years after being tired of living on government handouts. I'm a very patient person and very kind to people and I have yet to yell at anyone on the customer service side because I know it's not their fault. However, 1 hour hold times just to get through has been crazy! I have been told my order was going to be shipped priority air. Still nothing! I give up calling them because I have zero confidence that anything I say will influence or anything the customer service sends to the shipping department will change the situation. To tell you I am so disappointed with McKesson is an understatement. I know I'm only one customer. So losing me is inconsequential to them.
  Regardless, once my physician signs off on all the paperwork my long-standing relationship with McKesson will finally be done.
  Like I said, having worked in a call center taking calls, it has always been said... and I remember this well... You can have a thousand great experiences with a company, however, all it takes is one bad experience to lose a customer. I still do not have my medical supplies and it hasn't even been shipped as I have been told a half dozen times that it will be. Because I worked sitting in my chair 18 hours a day my spine is shot so I can't work anymore. Heck, I can barely sit up more than 6 hours these days. I believe that Matt's Pharmacy will have the documentation and my products before I receive them from McKesson. Perhaps my situation is just an anomaly. It does not change the fact that I am paying out of pocket for the things I need. I wish I could put a zero because I think giving them a one is to high of a rating. I'm so frustrated and I know there's nothing they on the customer service side or I can do it's going to change the situation.
