  This location is great - let me clarify the 2 stars. Went in on Black Friday for a great deal on an item that was on sale. Only floor model left and some damage, so the sales rep placed an additional percentage off so we took it. At register whole discount wasn't applied so went to customer service. After explaining situation to rep there was a problem with percentage off so we spoke to manager Lisa. That's 3 people we dealt with and now the manager Lisa. After some heightened exchanges of words Lisa agreed to the additional discount. Her demeanor and attitude were unprofessional and not setting a very good example to the reps listening to this whole situation. It could have been handled better. Communication is key.
