  I have to say I really like this place, I've been living here 5 1/2 yrs now after my Ex and I separated. No major complaints, my neighbors are quiet for the most part and mind their own business, VERY reasonably priced and maintenance is great, I put in a request they are there the same day or the next day. I've referred 2 friends to move in and both times I received $300 off my rent. Love it! My only complaint would be if you wanted to move into a bigger apt you literally have to start the process of applying for an apt all over again, with security deposit and all, it would be great if they could just keep the security deposit they already have and go from there. But other than that. I love it here!
